There’s nothing I can say about Paris. It is just stunning for me after all this time living in London, Paris just feels real. I love how disorganised that city is, how people smoke in the underground even not being allowed to. I love the graffitis everywhere and how it makes me wonder “How the hell they get in there?”. I love how romantic and inspiring those streets are. And how difficult it seems to make a living there by looking at tired people faces on that dirty and smelly underground.
Paris. Is. Amazing. It reminds me so much of my own city (São Paulo, Brazil) that makes my heart beat fast and suddenly I feel home again.
Because of it, it was pretty hard to choose the music I would listen to while walking on the streets. I was always between Edith Piaf and Brazilian popular musics like Rubel but most of the time, It was just nice to stop the music and hear the city noise.
All of this, the place, the music, the noise, the people, helped me a lot to take all this pictures. It’s been a long time since I last felt so satisfied with my photographs.
